Tony Parker shares his impressions on the first week of the NBA season. The French point guard is happy with the Spurs’ start and expects his team to add another forward. He is also really impressed with Ricky Rubio’s quick adjustment to the NBA: "We won our first four games. It’s a good start. So far, the key game for us is the win against the Clippers. We played really well against them, especially on defense. Then, we lost against Houston who was playing its first game at home and was really fired up. But we’re happy with what we’ve been doing so far. Because when you watch the other teams struggle, like Dallas, you understand how difficult it can be. We just need to stay focused, the schedule is really though this year. And I think we can compete with anybody in the league. (…) Gregg Popovich and the Spurs' management would like to add another big man if possible. Kenyon Martin will be available in march, Pryzbylla is a free-agent too. We’ll see. (…) Ricky Rubio is really impressive. The fact that he has been playing in a pro-environment since the age of 14 is helping him a lot. I won't be surprised if he is in the starting lineup after ten games or so."
