Zidane already a fan of Beckham

Zinedine Zidane is convinced David Beckham can bring a lot in his five months stint in PSG.

David Beckham has barely joined PSG but his fan club is ever growing. The latest member is no one else but Zinedine Zidane. And the former Les Bleus star was nothing short of ecstatic when it comes to talking about his ex-Real Madrid teammate. « He’s going to surprise a lot of people », Zidane explained on French TV Canal +. « He’s a huge pro and he’s going to show everyone what it means. It can’t hurt some of those young kids. He’s not going to play every single game nor the entire 90 minutes. He’s going to add his own touch and he can do it for 20-30 minutes. He’s got this way of taking free kicks, of putting his feet on the ball that is different from everyone else. He loves the game. He’s 37 now, if he’s still here, it’s because of his passion. »
